Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to five business days for us to ship your order. Expect an email within five full business days to let you know your order is on the way!

We will attempt to ship orders within three business days, however, at times, shipping may be delayed. 

There may be occasions where stock is delayed from suppliers. In this case, we will endeavor to let you know of any delays and likely timeframes for orders to ship. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 5 days using Australia Post parcel rate. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to all orders sent parcel post. Optional: We do not ship outside of Australia  at this time.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $X flat rate shipping to [list countries]. 

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently don’t offer international shipping. 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@ensleighcoins.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
